My professional insights

  

Condo & townhouses are always tougher to sell & on average, it'll take more time. 
 
The main reasoning is due to the smaller size, shared walls & higher HOA's.
 
The location of this condo/townhouse is good & if priced right, it could sell quickly.
 
I haven't seen the property in person yet but if there has not been any major improvements since when you purchased back in 2021 then I would expect this property to sell around the $260,000 price point.
 
 
My listing price range recommendation: $250,000 - $270,000
