My professional opinion

  

The Travis county assessed value of $374,477 is really good.
 
Based on the data I'm seeing, the valuation could be higher.
 
I am typically able to find 1 or 2 comparable homes that sold lower than the assessed value so that you could use to protest your valuation lower.
 
In this case, I could not.
 
The county assessed value is not the same as market value so the goal should always be to have the county assessed value as low as possible since that is how the county determines that you're going to pay in property taxes.
 
For now, you can do nothing and let the current valuation of $374,477 get confirmed or you can use an additional service provider like Ownwell to see if they can provide any further assistance towards getting the assessed value lower.
