The used home is at 133 Hunts Link Road & the other 3 are new homes built by Meritage, Ashton Woods & M/I Homes.
 
The incentives offered change on a weekly basis so I estimated their current incentives based on my recent past experiences with them.
 
Using a conservative estimate, you should be able to get a 30 year fixed rate between 5.25% - 5.99% when the current market rate is at 6.85%. The builder incentives will also cover closing costs & at least one of the builders is offering an appliance package.
 
On top of the incentives, we might be able to negotiate the price down or negotiate a larger incentive that will save money at closing & on your monthly payment.
