Hi Al & Edith, based on what other homes are selling for in West Cypress Hills I believe that your home would sell somewhere between $630,000 - $680,000 if you where to list the home in today's market.
One of the major factors driving this price point is that interest rates are still on average around 7%. Pulte homes still have new homes available in your subdivision selling in the low $600's with special financing & closing cost incentives which makes it more competitive to sell in your subdivision.
It's also important to point out that for homes that did sell, it took an average of 120 days.
